1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Flowith OS Invitation Code Purchase Platform (referred to as "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Service.

By using this Service, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

This Platform provides online sales of Flowith OS invitation codes.

2.1 Purchase Process

  1. Click the "Purchase Invitation Code" button
  2. Redirect to Creem secure payment page
  3. Complete payment
  4. Return to our success page where the invitation code will be displayed directly

2.2 Invitation Code Delivery

  • Delivery Method: The invitation code is displayed on the webpage immediately after successful payment
  • Important Notice: We do NOT send invitation codes via email. Please be sure to save your invitation code on the payment success page

2.3 Invitation Code Characteristics

  • One-Time Use: Each invitation code can only be used once
  • Non-Transferable: Invitation codes are for personal use by the purchaser only
  • Long-Term Validity: Invitation codes have no expiration date (unless Flowith OS policy states otherwise)
  • Non-Recoverable: If you close the page without saving your invitation code, please contact customer support

3. Purchase and Payment

3.1 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, an Estonian company)
  • Creem acts as Merchant of Record, responsible for processing payments, taxes, and invoices
  • Payment card information is securely handled by Creem (Creem uses Stripe as its payment infrastructure)
  • We support all major credit and debit cards accepted by Creem

3.2 Pricing

  • Price: $5.00 USD (one-time payment)
  • Currency: Only USD is supported
  • Taxes: Price may include applicable taxes (calculated by Creem based on your geographic location)
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this does not affect completed orders

3.3 Order Confirmation

  • After successful payment, you will be redirected to the success page
  • The invitation code will be displayed directly on the page
  • Please save your invitation code immediately

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final.

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • The invitation code has been displayed on the payment success page
  • You have used the invitation code to register for Flowith OS
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the service
  • You forgot to save the invitation code displayed on the page

4.3 Refundable Exceptions

Refunds may be requested only in the following situations:

  • Payment Charged But No Code Displayed: Payment was successful but you never saw the invitation code (we will verify server logs)
  • Technical Failure: You were unable to obtain the invitation code due to a technical issue with our server
  • Invalid Invitation Code: The invitation code you received cannot be used in the Flowith OS system (requires Flowith OS error screenshot)
  • Duplicate Charge: Accidental duplicate charges

4.4 Refund Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  2. Send an email to: support@yourlifeyourawareness.org, including:
    • Order ID (if available)
    • Payment time
    • Detailed problem description
    • Relevant screenshots or evidence
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed by Creem and returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

5. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you agree to:

5.1 Lawful Use

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service

5.2 Accurate Information

  • Provide accurate and complete payment information
  • You are responsible for all transactions made using your payment method

5.3 Invitation Code Protection

  • You are responsible for saving your invitation code from the payment success page
  • Securely store your invitation code and do not share it with others
  • We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to save the invitation code

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to defraud or abuse the refund policy
  • Bulk purchasing and reselling invitation codes (without Flowith OS authorization)
  • Using automated tools (bots, scripts) to make purchases
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack this Service
  • Attempting to access unauthorized systems or data
  • Using false identities or others' payment information

Violation of these rules may result in service access termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

  • All content on this website (text, graphics, interface, code) is owned by us or our licensors
  • Flowith OS and its invitation codes are owned by Flowith OS owners
  • "Flowith OS" trademarks are owned by their respective owners

6.2 License Restrictions

These Terms of Service do not grant you any intellectual property rights. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute website content
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use content for commercial purposes (without permission)

6.3 Invitation Code Use

Purchasing an invitation code only grants you the right to register and use Flowith OS, subject to Flowith OS's own Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service "As Is"

This Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Invitation codes will always be available
  • Service quality will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors will be promptly corrected

7.2 Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party service providers:

  • Creem: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Website hosting
  • Supabase: Data storage

We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, data loss, or security breaches of these third-party services.

7.3 Flowith OS Service

Important Disclaimer:

  • We only sell invitation codes and do not provide Flowith OS software or services themselves
  • We are not responsible for Flowith OS platform functionality, availability, performance, or quality
  • Use of Flowith OS is subject to its own Terms of Service
  • We have no formal affiliation with Flowith OS developers or operators (unless otherwise stated)
  • For questions about Flowith OS software, please contact Flowith OS official support

7.4 Invitation Code Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Invitation codes will always be in stock
  • Flowith OS will permanently accept invitation codes
  • The functionality or value of invitation codes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

8.1 Damage Limitation

We (including our directors, employees, agents) are not liable for the following losses:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption
  • Losses resulting from use or inability to use this Service
  • Losses caused by third-party services (Creem, Flowith OS, etc.)
  • Losses caused by your failure to save the invitation code

8.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability shall not exceed:

  • The amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim, OR
  • $5 USD

Whichever is lower.

8.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Service Changes and Termination

9.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right, without notice, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (in whole or in part)
  • Change prices or product availability
  • Add or remove features

9.2 Access Termination

We may immediately terminate your access to the Service in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Suspected fraud or illegal activity
  • Abuse of Service or endangering system security

Access termination does not create a refund obligation.

9.3 Terms Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be:

  • Posted on the website
  • Reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • When possible, notified through a website banner

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Chinese law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Friendly Negotiation

10.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, and not as part of a class action, collective arbitration, or representative proceeding.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall remain in effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under these Terms.

11.5 Headings

Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

11.6 Language

These Terms of Service are provided in Chinese and English. In case of conflict, the Chinese version shall prevail.

11.7 Survival Provisions

The following provisions shall survive termination of this agreement:

  • Intellectual Property (Section 6)
  • Disclaimers (Section 7)
  • Limitation of Liability (Section 8)
  • Dispute Resolution (Section 10)
